Performed duties as project manager for McKesson’s Ambulatory
Business Unit/Physician Practice Solutions. Responsible for the
implementation of Horizon Ambulatory Care, McKesson’s web-based,
workflow-driven ambulatory electronic medical record (EMR) solution for
Group Practices. As an integrated component of Horizon Clinicals,
Horizon Ambulatory Care shares patient information between the
practice and the hospital, enhancing McKesson’s Community Care
Model.

Administer contracts including scope, deliverables, communication plan, timeline, risk management, change
control processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Function as the client’s single point of accountability for Horizon Ambulatory Care implementations.
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project and strategize viable solutions.
